Preparazione
Tisana ayurvedica himalayana: per un effetto più intenso lasciare sobbollire in acqua calda un cucchiaino di miscela di erbe (circa 2 g) per 3-5 minuti; per un uso preventivo versare 250 ml di acqua bollente e lasciare in infusione per 10 minuti
Elisir ayurvedico: assumere un cucchiaino da solo o con una tazza di latte tiepido o acqua. Per una bevanda deliziosa, mescolare un cucchiaino in 250 ml di latte o acqua tiepidi.
Bevanda ayurvedica: per una bevanda sana e gustosa, mescolare 1 cucchiaino (circa 2 g) di miscela finemente macinata in 250 ml di acqua tiepida, aggiungere miele a piacere e qualche goccia di limone. La miscela può anche essere aggiunta a frullati e succhi di frutta freschi.
Dose consigliata
Dose consigliata di tè: 2-3 tazze al giorno
Dose consigliata per l'elisir: 1 cucchiaino (cioè 5 g/cucchiaio) 2-3 volte al giorno.
Dosaggio consigliato per le bevande: 2-3 tazze al giorno
Uso
Assumere i preparati ayurvedici (tè ed elisir) insieme al mattino a digiuno, durante il giorno 1 ora prima dei pasti e la sera prima di coricarsi. Se il trattamento prevede anche una bevanda ayurvedica, assumerla in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
