Il presupposto per una buona resistenza fisica e un valido sistema immunitario è il corretto funzionamento della digestione e del metabolismo, assicurato dalla sana attività del fuoco digestivo "agni" nello stomaco, che converte il cibo in graduale nutrimento dei sette tessuti corporei e nella sostanza più profonda del sistema immunitario "ojas". Preparazione
Bevanda ayurvedica: mescolare 1 cucchiaino (circa 2 g) di miscela finemente macinata in 250 ml di acqua tiepida, aggiungere miele a piacere e qualche goccia di limone.
Elisir ayurvedico: assumere 1 cucchiaino da solo o con una tazza di latte o acqua tiepida. Per una bevanda deliziosa, mescolare 1 cucchiaino in 250 ml di latte o acqua tiepidi.
Dose consigliata
Dose consigliata: 2-3 tazze al giorno
Dose consigliata di elisir: 1 cucchiaino (circa 5 g) 2-3 volte al giorno
Dose consigliata di frutta: 10 pezzi al giorno
Uso
I preparati ayurvedici (elisir e bevanda) possono essere assunti insieme al mattino, durante la giornata 1 ora prima dei pasti e alla sera prima di coricarsi.
