Preparazione
Per un effetto più intenso lasciare sobbollire in acqua un cucchiaino di miscela di erbe (circa 2 g) per 3-5 minuti; per un uso preventivo, versarvi sopra 250 ml di acqua bollente e lasciare in infusione per 10 minuti.

Le erbe himalayane vengono tradizionalmente lasciate sobbollire per almeno 3-5 minuti, se utilizzate come mezzo per migliorare le funzioni mentali e fisiche dell'organismo. Un decotto così preparato ha un'azione più forte, un sapore più delicato e un effetto benefico sulla digestione. Le specifiche componenti delle erbe (fiori, frutti, semi, steli, foglie, corteccia, rizomi e radici) vengono appositamente macinate finemente per poter essere amalgamate in modo omogeneo, il che garantisce la migliore efficacia qualitativa delle miscele ayurvediche. Se le tisane vengono utilizzate solo a scopo di prevenzione, sostegno o stimolo, le erbe possono essere lasciate in infusione.
Per un effetto ottimale del decotto di erbe, bere le tisane calde preferibilmente al mattino prima di colazione, durante la giornata un'ora prima dei pasti e alla sera prima di dormire, per la durata necessaria al recupero delle funzioni dell'organismo desiderate. Lasciare una pausa di una settimana dopo il consumo di ogni confezione.
Il gusto specifico di ogni tè fa parte dell'azione terapeutica e corrisponde alle proprietà ayurvediche dei sei gusti. Si consiglia pertanto di non aggiungere dolcificanti.
