I got the Ayurvedic immunity drink AMALAKI drink SHILAJIT MUMIO from a friend and started drinking it regularly every morning before breakfast. Preparazione
Per ottenere una bevanda sana e gustosa, mescolare 1 cucchiaino (circa 2 g) di miscela finemente macinata in 250 ml di acqua calda, aggiungere miele a piacere e qualche goccia di limone. Una confezione da 100 g fornisce 50 tazze di bevanda calda. La miscela può essere aggiunta anche a frullati e succhi freschi.

Uso
La preparazione delle bevande calde ayurvediche si differenzia dalle tisane per il fatto che non è necessario lasciarle in infusione. La polvere macinata o "churna" viene consumata direttamente in acqua calda. A differenza delle bevande istantanee in cui gli additivi dissolvono il contenuto in una soluzione chimica, le miscele di bevande Amalaki pure sono preparate in qualità RAW naturale al 100% e non contengono conservanti o additivi. La polvere finemente macinata non si dissolve quindi mai in acqua. La cosa più preziosa che la bevanda contiene è la miscela di erbe macinate, che deve essere mescolata in acqua calda e poi bevuta con l'aggiunta di un cucchiaino di miele e qualche goccia di limone. Il miele viene utilizzato in Ayurveda come conduttore degli effetti delle erbe, che vengono così assorbite meglio dai tessuti del corpo.
