Preparazione

Elisir ayurvedico: assumere 1 cucchiaino da solo o con una tazza di latte o acqua tiepida. Per una bevanda deliziosa, mescolare 1 cucchiaino in 250 ml di latte o acqua tiepidi.

Dose consigliata di elisir: 1 cucchiaino (circa 5 g) 2-3 volte al giorno

Uso
I preparati ayurvedici (elisir e bevanda) possono essere assunti insieme al mattino, durante la giornata 1 ora prima dei pasti e alla sera prima di coricarsi.
